Kelly has a Master’s degree in Education and Adolescent Development and has worked as a tutor, education consultant, academic coach, classroom teacher, and school principal. Her experience with the school system from the perspective of teacher, principal, coach, and parent to four children (two of them teens) puts her in a unique position to support struggling students. Kelly passionately believes that all teens have the ability to do great things – and when they are struggling, it is our job to help them figure out the missing pieces so they can stand on their own and guide their own lives with confidence and joy. She has extensively studied ADHD and executive function for over ten years, and has decades of experience working with clients with ADHD and other executive function challenges. Kelly has worked with thousands of teens, and is experienced in working with students diagnosed with ADHD, giftedness, 2e, High-Functioning Autism, learning disabilities, and adverse childhood experiences.
