Comprehensive
Executive Function
Support

All services are fully remote, interactive, and customized*; and there is no obligation.

$195/wk

– Free guardian(s) phone consultation
– Intake meeting with guardian(s) and student
– Weekly 45-minute small group organization session
– Short video lessons on Executive Function and tips, tricks, and tools
– Twice/month check-in to organize their visual calendar
– Video review sessions with Kelly
– Individualized intervention and planning for struggling students (size and students invited depends on what concerns are submitted by students, parents, and our team)
– Weekly email to parents with a prioritized list of homework tasks, include due dates and the date the student plans to do the work, session notes from our team, special notes about grading procedures used by teachers, etc.
– Evening homework completion notifications to student and parent
-Optional evening Zoom body-doubling sessions to assist with homework completion
– Intervention system to flag, intervene, and customize a plan for the most-struggling students
– Contact with coaching team between sessions over phone, text, and email.
– Assistance identifying most effective accommodations for 504 plans and IEPs regarding executive function.

* This is a list of the services we always provide. Depending on the needs of the student (anxiety, etc.), parents may decide to only participate in certain services. Through the intervention process, Kelly may suggest alternative strategies to meet the student where they are. This list is a menu, not a barrage of stern requirements :). YOU know your student best.
